At the January meeting Ron Blatchley will be speaking about Joseph Priestley House, the American home of Joseph Priestley. Unfortunately the house has recently been forced to be closed to the public by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission. Ron will talk on both it's past and present.

The Priestley Society's latest publication - Joseph Priestley Friends and Foes - continues to attract a lot of interest. Keith Baker will be signing copies of the book at the large Borders Bookshop in the Spring Ram Retail Park, Birstall, on Saturday, 7 November, from 2pm onwards.
